Wyoming 83112, GRAN~ORS, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00), and other good
and valuable consideratior, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT to JAMES ~OYD ASTLE and DONNA LEE ASTLE, TRUSTEES of the James
Boyd & Donna Lee Astl~ Family Trust dated November 20, 2008, P.O. Box 903, Bedford,
Wyoming 83112, GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the following described real
property situate in Lincol~ County, Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and
by virtue of the homesteai exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Warranty that was recorded on April 4, 1977 in
Book 135 PR at Page 89 as Receiving No. 491367, a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference. Excepting therefrom the property described in the
Warranty Deed that was recorded on July 21,2005 in Book 591 at Pages 805 and 806 as
Receiving No. 910171, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
Together with all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments, and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Subject, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements, and rights-of-way of
record, of sight, or in use.
