grantors of Afton, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars and Other Good and Valuable
Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Convey and Warrant To
Stanley Snyder
As Sole Owner,
grantee, whose address is: 25334 Oak Street Lomita, CA, 90717 the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Beginning at a point which is 14 rods South from the NW Corner of Section 31, Township 32 North
Range 118 West 6th P.M. Wyoming, and running thence East 69 rods, to the corner of the tract hereby
conveyed;
thence South 20 rods;
thence East 5 rods;
thence North 20 rods;
thence West 5 rods, to corner #1 the place of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Warranty Deed recorded May 10, 1991 in Book 296PR on
page 373 of the records ofthe Lincoln County Clerk.
ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Warranty Deed recorded August 11, 1992 in Book
314PR on page 54; and, recorded August 18, 1992 in Book 314 on page 84 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
NOTE: This serves to correct the description of those certain Warranty Deeds recorded March 2, 2007
in Book 650 on pages 55 and 56 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
