KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of October 17,
2005 and executed by Laura Faye Jensen and Jeff Jensen, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $93,000.00
mortgage was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 18th day of October, 2005, as Book #601 of Mortgages,
at Page # 683, as Instrument Number # 912923 and pertaining to the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged. '
