The Mortgage covers the following described real property located in LINCOLN County, State of Wyoming: LOT 37 OF AFTON AIRPARK ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF AFTON, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT NUMBER 167-C FILED AUGUST 1, 2005 AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 910442 OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 95 ECLIPSE STREET, AFTON, WY 83110. The Real Property tax identification number is 1232193640008700. MODIFICATION. Lender and Grantor hereby modify the Mortgage as follows: THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF THE INDEBTEDNESS IS HEREBY INCREASED TO $496,000 FROM $417,000. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Mortgage shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect and are legally valid, binding, and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.
