The undersigned, FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE
CORPORA TION as Receiver for SILVER STATE BANK, as the
owner and holder of the Note secured by Deed of Trust dated
AUGUST 3, 2007 made by VTS TETON LLC, a Nevada limited
liability company, as trustor (the 'Trustor"), whose address is 6399
Briney Deep Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89139, to SILVER STATE
BANK, as Trustee (the "Trustee") and as Beneficiary. The FDIC as
Receiver, the owner and holder of the Note and the Deed of Trust set
forth above, which Deed of Trust was recorded AUGUST 3, 2007 in
Book 667, as Page 878, Reqeiving # 931874, Official Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby substitutes FEDERAL DEPOSIT
INSURANCE CORPORATIdN as Receiver for SILVER STATE
BANK, as successor Trustee in lieu of the Trustee therein.
WHEREAS, said successor TrJstee, pursùantto the request of said owner and holder and in accordance with
the provisions of said Deed lof Trust;' does héreby RECONVEY WITHOUT WARRANTY, TO THE
PERSON, OR PERSONS, LEPALL Y ENTITLED THERETO, ALL the estate now held by it under said
Deed of Trust. I

ON September 5, 2008, Silver ¡State Bank was closed by the Nevada Financial Institutions Division and the
FDIC was appointed Receiver ~f Silver State Bank. Under the laws of the United States, the FDIC as Receiver
is charged with the duty of winfing up th,e ¡a,ffairs;üf Silver State Bank.
