MEMORANDUM OF PIPELINE AGREEMENT
THIS MEMORANDUM is executed by BELL BUTTE GRAZING PARTNERSHIP, A
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, whose address is % Edward M. Bown, Attorney at Law, 1015 East 3900
South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84124-1110 ("Bell Butte"), and CHEVRON U.s~A. INC., whose mailing
address is P.O. Box 36366, Houston, Texas 77236 ("Chevron"), collectively the "Parties", to provide
public notice that the Parties have entered into a PIPELINE AGREEMENT dated effective November 1,
2000, under which Bell Butte has granted Chevron:
a non-exclusive right to utilize certain portions of the NWl/4NEl/4 and NEl/4NWl/4 of Section
30, Township 19 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., in Lincoln County, Wyoming to excavate,
construct, install, use, operate, inspect, maintain, repair, alter and or change the size, and operate
one pipeline further described on Exhibit "A" Nos. 1 an 2 attached hereto and made a part of this
Memorandum of Pipeline Agreement, in connection with Chevron's oil and gas drilling and
producing operations involving the Chevron Federal 3-30M Well with a surface location in the
NW/4NE/4 of Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M.; and Chevron operated
wells located in Section 20 and 29, Township 19 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming; and
together with and subject to other terms and conditions more particularly stated therein. For further
, information regarding the PIPELINE AGREEMENT, please contact the Parties at the addresses above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this MEMORANDUM OF PIPELINE
AGREEMENT on the 16 t4day of NOOtLv«hQY , 2008, but effective as of the 1st day of November,
2000.
