Jensen, a single person, whose address is PO Box 1185, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln: A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 117 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 15, thence North 00°02' 1 0" West along the easterly boundary of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 1316.11 feet to the CS 1/16 corner of said Section 15; Thence South 89°29'36" West along the southerly boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 59.51 feet to the point of beginning of this description, said point of beginning being a point on the centerline of a road easement; Thence continuing South 89°29'36" West along the southerly boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 15 a distance of 1257.65 feet to the Southwest 1/16 corner of said Section 15; Thence North 44°45'02" East a distance of 939.29 feet to a point, said point being on the centerline of a road easement; Thence South 42°16'27" East, along the centerline of a road easement a distance of 886.49 feet to the point of beginning Subject, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use.
