In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and for
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Artencia Larson
("Assignor"), hereby assigns, transfers, sets over and conveys
to Artencia H. Larson as Trustee of the ARTENCIA H. LARSON
FAMILY LIVING TRUST, dated June 1, 1982 (as amended)
("Assignee"), all of Assignor's beneficial right, title and
