EDWARD EDMUNDS, by EDWARD EDMUNDS, III, Agent and Attorney-in-Fact for
Edward Edmunds under Statutory Durable Power of Attorney dated December 13, 2000
("Assignor"), in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has ASSIGNED, GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD
and CONVEYED and by these presents does hereby ASSIGN, GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and
CONVEY unto CHARLOTTE EDMUNDS, whose address is 801 E. Blanchard, El Paso, Texas
79902 ("Assignee"), all of Assignor's overriding royalty interest (including but not limited to
Assignor's 0.0028125 overriding royalty interest) in the oil, gas and other hydrocarbons produced,
saved and marketed from the lands situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof
This Assignment of Overriding Royalty Interest is intended to convey to said
Assignee all of Assignor's overriding royalty interest in real property owned by
Assignor in Lincoln County, Wyoming, whether incorrectly described herein or a
description thereof is omitted herefrom, including but not limited to the property
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Assignor's interest in the above-described property is limited to those interests
reflected of record in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and this description is not intended
to cloud title of third parties.
This Assignment of Overriding Royalty Interest shall be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of the parties hereto, their respective heirs, successors, personal representatives and assigns.
It is agreed that the assignment made herein shall impose no duty upon Assignor, his successors or
assigns, to maintain any leases relating to the property.
