COMES NOW, I Lloyd B. Baker, PE/LS 698 and being upon oath
first duly sworn, state and allege as follows:
The affiant is the same person that performed the survey
for the Roberts property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded, with Document No. 5215548, in Book 153PR on
Page 558, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming for Brisco Roberts and Brenda Roberts.
That this affidavit is given pursuant to and in
accordance with Wyoming State Statute 34-11-101 Wyoming
Statutes (2007 amended), for the purpose of correcting
errors in descriptions of land in recorded instrument.
That a typographical error in the Warranty Deed for Emma-
Louise Hayley recorded with Receiving No. 940747, in Book
700 on Page 603 should be and are hereby modified by
correction as follows:
CORRECTED DESCRIPTION
for

A portion of the Roberts property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Document No. 521548, in Book 153PR, on
Page 558, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the N1/2 of Section 3, T35N, Rl19W, of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the meets, bounds and
encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Scott A. Scherbel PLS 3889, 1990 location
for the Southwest Corner of the SE1/4 of Section 34, T36N,
R 119 W 0 f sa i d 6th P. M. ;
thence SS9°08'49"E, along the South line of said SE1/4,
2612.11 feet to the Northwest Corner of the Lincoln County,
Wyoming property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with
Document No. 59792, in Book 17 of Deeds, on Page 159, with
said Office, within GLO Lot 1 (NE1/4NE1/4) of said Section
3, said Point being 50.03 feet NS9°0S'49"W, along said

Line of Roberts - Wolfley County Road 12-109 Right-of-Way,
as referred to and recorded with Document No. 632981, in
Book 225PR, on Page 184, with said Office, being a Point in
a 1,614.00 feet Radius Curve to the Right, from which the
Radius Point bears N89°13'12"E;
thence Northerly, along said Center Line, the following:
Northeasterly, along said Curve to the Right, through a
Central Angle of 4°36'05", an arc length of 129.62 feet,
said curve having a chord of Nl°31'15"E 129.59 feet,

bounds of the Lincoln County, Wyoming property, as referred
to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 59792, in Book 17
of Deeds, on Page 159, with said Office, being U.S. Highway
89, along the East line of the above described property.
SUBJECT TO: The Right-of-Way for Lower Valley Power and
Light Inc., as referred to and recorded with Document No.
136537, in Book 5 of Mixed Records, on Page 231, with said
Office.

Easement, for the R&W Sprinkler Company, as referred to,
and recorded with Document Numbers 408909 thru 408913, in

Wolfley County Road 12-109, along the West line of the
above described property, as referred to and recorded with
Document No. 632981, in Book 225PR, on Page 184, with said
Office.
