being part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 86
of Photostatic Records on page 249, and in Book 181 of Photostatic Records on page 739,
and in Book 194 of Photostatic Records on page 235, and in Book 551 of Photostatic
Records on page 18, and in Book 558 of Photostatic records on page 81, and ail of that
tract of record in said Office in Book 677 of Photostatic Records on page 534, it being the
intent to more correctly describe said tract in Book 677 as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the north line of said NWY-tSW?4, S89°-55'-43"E, 528.00 feet,
from the northwest comer of said NW~SW~;
thence S89°-55'-43"E, 368.33 feet, along said north line, to a spike;
thence SOoo~06' -05"W, 353.65 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point;
thence S88°-36'-lO"E, 131.05 feet, along said fence line, to a pom! on the west line of the
LaDean Clark Tract as depicted on that plat of record in said Office as Instrument No.
