KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Lawrence L. & Christy Cook, of the County of Lincoln
and State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as "grantor", for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant unto the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as "grantee", the right
to layout, construct, inspect, operate and maintain a road for the use of the public over and across the
following described lands situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
A STRIP of land being part of Lot #37 (NE1/4) of Section 17, Township 25 North, Range
115 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with centerline thereof described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point which bears West 787.43 feet from the section corner common to
Sections 8,9, 16, and 17, and lies on the North boundary of Section 17; and running
THENCE Southwesterly 61.62 feet along a curve, tangent to a line bearing South
21°02'02" East, concave Northwesterly having a radius of 31.84 feet and a central angle
of 110°52'00", also, the sidelines of the easement are lengthened or shortened to
intersect with Northern boundary of Section 17;
THENCE South 89°49'59" West 270.06 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly and Southeasterly 255.19 feet along a tangent curve concave
Southeasterly having a radius of 109.20 feet and a central angle of 133°53'27";
THENCE South 44°03'29" East 235.31 feet;
THENCE South 69°51'17" East 194.50 feet;
THENCE South 59°46'37" East 69.16 feet;
THENCE South 48°41'54" East 92.69 feet;
THENCE South 54°19'29" East 95.56 feet;
THENCE South 68°23'42" East 260.46 feet;
THENCE North 83°57'43" East 150,07 feet;
THENCE North 72°47'31" East 185.49 feet;
THENCE North 71°23'39" East 46.42 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the east
boundary line of Section 17, at Sta. 85+96,15, the side lines of easement are extended
and shortened to intersect said section line, said intersection bearing (record) South 0°03'
East 627.44 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 17.
RIGHT-OF-WAY width of the said strip of land is 30 feet, one-half of the said width to
each side of the described centerline.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming;
Grantor also grants the right of ingress and egress to and from said lands for any and all
purposes necessary and incidental to the exercise, by the Grantee, and the public, of the rights granted
under this conveyance; including but not limited to, the right of corporations organized under the laws of
this State or of any other State or of the United States for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and
operating telephone, telegraph or electric transmission and distribution lines to set their piers, abutments,
wires and other fixtures along, across or under, the above described lands in accordance with § 1-26-501
of the Wyoming Statutes, (2007);
Grantee agrees to insure that all the above mentioned lines, and wires be buried, and maintain
culverts of suitable size across such ditches and laterals of Grantor as necessary for proper operation of
irrigation systems and, in the case of new construction, the grantee agrees to construct culverts of
suitable size across such ditches and laterals of Grantor as necessary for proper operation of the
irrigation systems.
The easement herein granted shall be perpetual so long as the above described lands are used
for the purpose of a public road.
