WARRANTY DEED
MAX R. MERRITT and MARYW. MERRITT, husband and wife, grantors of the
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the MAX R. AND MARY W. MERRITT
FAMILY TRUST, dated February 17,2009, MAX R. MERRITT AND MARY W.
MERRITT, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
The Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (SE%SW%) of Section
twenty-three(23), and beginning at the Southeast Corner of Section 23, all
in Township 32 North of Range 119 West ofthe 6th P.M., Wyoming, and
running thence North 10 rods, thence West 160 rods, thence South 10
rods, thence East 160 rods to the place of beginning containing 50 acres,
more or less.
LESS AND EXCEPTING: (Gwenna Merritt's)
Commencing at a point which is the Southeast corner of Section Twenty-
three (23), all in the Township Thirty-two (32) North of Range 119 West of
the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North ten (10) rods, thence
West eighteen (18) rods, thence South ten (10) rods, thence East eighteen
(18) rods to the place of beginning, containing 1.125 acres more or less,
including house and the out buildings.
LESS AND EXCEPTING: (Eugene Corson)
Beginning at a point on the East boundary of said SE%SW% that is 165
feet North of the SE corner of said SE%SW% and running thence North
along said East boundary 1,155 feet, more or less, to the NE corner of said
SE%SW%; thence West along the North boundary of said SE%SW% 575
feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction approximately SI9°39'13"E
1,226.61 feet, more or less, to a point 163.5 feet west of the point of
beginning on a line parallel with the South boundary of said SE%SW%;
thence East parallel with said South boundary 163.5 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPTING: (Chad Merritt)
A Tract of Land lying within and being a part of the SE%SE% of Section
23, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with
boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south boundary line of Section 23, said
point being West a distance of 18 rods from the Southeast Corner of said
Section 23; and running

THENCE North, coincident with the west boundary line of the Gwenna
Merritt property, a distance of 10 rods;
THENCE West a distance of7 rods;
THENCE South a distance of 5 rods;
THENCE West a distance of 55 rods;
THENCE South a distance of 5 rods to the south boundary line of Section
23;
THENCE East, along section line, a distance of 62 rods to the point of
beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 2.156 acres, more or less.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
