improvements, Water rights,Ditch rights and/or Sprinkler irrigation rights,
and other appurtenances thereunto appertaining. (Stumpp Farm)
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: East half of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter (E~E~NE!NE!) of said Section eleven (11),Township(31)
thirty-one North,Range 119 W. 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Containing
10 acres, more or less. (Gina's Plot) .
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at the NW of Corner of the NE! of said
Section 11, T.31N.,R.119W. and running thence East 135 feet, thence S.322.66'
feet, thence W.135 feet, thence N. 322.66 feet to the point of beginning,
