Box 8007, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Grantor, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to THE CITY OF KEMMERER, a Wyoming Municipality, of220 Highway 233, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, Grantee, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit: Lots Numbered Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) of the Block Numbered Eight (8) as shown on the Original Plat of the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming. and The northerly 2.5 feet of Lot II, Block 8 of the Original Town of Kemmerer, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeasterly comer of Lot 11, Block 8; thence S26°34'E along the easterly line of said Lot 11,2.50 feet; thence S63°26'W, parallel to the Northerly line of Lot 11, 140.00 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot II; thence N26°34'W along said Westerly line 2.50 feet to the Northwesterly comer of said Lot 11; thence N63°26'E along the Northerly line of said Lot 11, 140.00 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING, EXCLUDING, AND RESERVING any right, title or interest in any minerals, mineral rights, or related matters, including but not limited to oil, gas, coal, coal bed methane and all other hydrocarbons.
