McGinnis, as trustee of THE NONEXEMPT MARITAL TRUST established pursuant to the Aaron H. McGinnis Revocable Trust, as Amended and Restated September3, 1999, The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) lawful money of the United States of America, and other good and valuable consideration, to the Grantor in hand paid, the transfer, sign and deliver, without warranty, unto MYLES M.
