KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that MYLES M. MCGINNIS, a
married man, as his sole and separate property as to income, principal and appreciation,
the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) lawful
money of the United States of America, and other good and valuable consideratio~ to the
Grantor in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
bargai~ sell, convey, transfer, sign and deliver, without warranty, unto Myles M.
McGinnis and Corby E. McGinnis, not individually, but as trustees of THE MYLES M.
MCGINNIS AND CORBY E. MCGINNIS FAMILY TRUST, whose address is 1659
DiamondHRoad, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the Grantee, all of said Grantor's
mineral interest as identified below as to each parcel in and to all minerals and all mineral
rights of every kind and character known to exist or hereafter discovered, including,
without limiting the generality of the foregoing, coal, oil, and gas, and rights. thereto, in,
under or upon the following described real property situated in Lincoln and Sublette
Counties, Wyoming, here by releasing and waiving all right under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of said State, to -wit:
