David Scott Bender, a single man, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, in
consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Bender Duplex LLC, a
Wyoming Limited Liability Company, grantee, of PO Box 1695, Afton, WY 83110, all interest in the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Lot 6 of the Lancaster Subdivision Unit No.1, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
DATED as of this 27th day of February, 2009.
