THIS MATTER coming on regularly upon the Complaint of the Plaintiff
herein, it appearing from the record that the action is brought by Plaintiff against the
Defendant on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. The Court finds that the
Defendant was served with publication in the Star Valley Independent, a newspaper
of general circulation in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as no one is sure of the
Defendant's location. Affidavit of Publication has been filed in this Court. No
answer or other pleading has been entered by the Defendant within the time allotted;
she is in default and the Court does especially find as follows:

1. That the Plaintiff has for more than sixty (60) days immediately
preceding the filing of his Complaint herein been a resident of the State of
Wyoming;
2. The Parties were married to each other in Toledo, Ohio, on August 27,
1982, and have not resided together as husband and wife since October,
2008;
3. That irreconcilable differences exist between the Parties; the Plaintiff
has not seen or heard from the Defendant since their separation in 2008,
and that the Plaintiff is entitled to a Decree of Divorce;
4. The children of the Parties are all of majority age;
5. The fair and equitable division of the property occurred at the time of
separation. The Parties divided their personal property at the time of
separation. Any other property that the Parties have, including the marital
home, is involved in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and when it is completed
there will be no property, other than a 1987 Dodge Van that the Plaintiff is
keeping, to divide between the Parties as everything will go to pay the
debts of the marriage; and
6 There are no marital debts to be addressed by the Court, as they will
be discharged in the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED:
1. That the Plaintiff be, and he is hereby awarded a Decree of Absolute
Divorce from the Defendant herein, and the marriage contract heretofore
entered into between the Parties is hereby dissolved;
2. Each party took possession of their own personal property at the time
of separation. Personal property shall be awarded as possessed;

3. The marital home at 134 Bowles Lane in Smoot, Wyoming, shall be
awarded to the Husband subject to the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, which is
pending in the Federal Bankruptcy Court in the District of Wyoming. The
property is more particularly described as follows:
Part of Section 19, T31N, R118W of the 6th P. M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming. it being the intent to describe the land contained in Warranty
Deed recorded August 16, 1979, in Book 156 PR, on page 593 of records
of Lincoln County Clerk and approximately 13.52 feet to the West, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 668.508 feet East of the Northwest corner of said
Section 19 and continuing thence N89°46'49"E, 201.28 feet; thence
SOooOO'OO"E, 290 feet; thence N89° 46'49"W, 201.28 feet; thence
NOooOO'OO"E, 290 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Subject, however,
to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
casements and rights-of-way of record, in sight or in use.
4. There are no minor children of this marriage; and
5. There are no marital debts to be addressed by this Court, as they will
be discharged in the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
