Sackett and Malinda A. Sackett, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Sallie Mae Home Loans, Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated June 7, 2006 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 8, 2006, at Reception No. 919170 in Book 622 at Page 608. WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Sallie Mae Home Loans, Inc, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on October 7, 2008, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Sallie Mae Home Loans, Inc ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $131,778.44, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on October 7, 2008 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 7, 2008, at Reception No. 942710 in Book 706 at Page 382; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated November 5, 2008 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln cou~~ State of Wyoming, on !ì1lÂYClIl f). , 2009, at Reception No. .
