MINERAL QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That MARIJANE SUTTON

in consideration of Ten and No/lOO ($10.00)" ollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS all interest in and to the
