WARRANTY DEED
David Dunn and Carrie Dunn, husband and wife,

grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Convey and Warrant to
David C. Dunn and Carrie Dunn, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
grantees, whose address is: PO Box 1737, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
That part of Lot 4 of Section 22, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
in Book 326 of Photostatic Records on page 151, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West line of said Lot 4, South 00°29'58" West 554,06
feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot 4;
thence South 81 °15' 11" East, 398.43 feet to a spike on the centerline of North Sprague
Creek Drive;
thence South 20°18'23" West, 82.08 feet, along said centerline, to a spike at the
beginning of a circular curve to the right;
thence Southwesterly, 184,69 feet, along the arc of said curve through a central angle
of 35°16'22" with a radius of 300,00 feet, to a spike;
thence South 55°34'45" West 195,21 feet, along said centerline, to a spike;
thence South 63°04'39" West, 108,04 feet, along said centerline, to a spike at the
intersection of said centerline and the West line of said Lot 4;
thence North 00°29'58" East, 440,21 feet, along said West line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
of Wyoming,
