COUNTY OF LINCOLN
SHANDI HADERLIE, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and states as
follows:
1. On or about the 26th day of January, 2008, my husband, Derek Haderlie, died
as is evidenced by the official certificate of death attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
2. At the time of his death he jointly owned an interest in certain real property
with me, said real property being located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and more particularly described as follows:
See Attached Exhibit A, Warranty Deed, made part of this document by
reference and incorporation as if set forth fully herein.
3. Said real property interest was originally conveyed to Derek Haderlie and
Shandi Haderlie, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, with right of
survivorship, by the aforegoing Warranty Deed, recorded in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds Book.
4. By reason of my husband's death, I am entitled to sole ownership of the
interest in and to the above-mentioned real property.
