THAT Fred P. Blume, trustee of the Erland Bjarne Blume Trust VIA dated 3/30/61, as
amended and restated 3/27/82, Grantor, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without
recourse to the Grantor, or Grantor's successors and assigns, to Energi Bluechip LLC, a Colorado
limited liability company, with an address of 8758 East Otero Place, Centennial, Colorado, 80112,
all of Grantor's right, title and interest, if any, in and to all depths of those parcels ofland situated in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
