RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
For value received, Annala, Carl & Jean Trust ("Grantor"), hereby grants to Rocky
Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp, an Oregon Corporation, its successors and assigns,
("Grantee"), an easement for a right of way 10 feet in width and ~~'$ feet in length, more or less,
for the construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, enlargement,
and removal of electric power transmission, distribution and communication lines and all
necessary or desirable accessories and appurtenances thereto, including without limitation:
supporting towers, poles, props, guys and anchors, including guys and anchors outside of the
right of way; wires, fibers, cables and other conductors and conduits therefor; and pads,
transformers, switches, vaults and cabinets, along the general course now located by (Jp;~!~~,.gn,
over, or under the surface of the real property of Grantor in Lincoln County, State of ~yoJ.í'1iªg,
more particularly described as follows and as more particularly described and/or shown on
Exhibit(s) "A, B" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof:

Together with the right of access to the right of way from adjacent lands of Grantor for
all activities in connection with the purposes for which this easement has been granted; and
together with the present and (without payment therefor) the future right to keep the right of way
and adjacent lands clear of all brush, trees, timber, structures, buildings and other hazards which
might endanger Grantee's facilities or impede Grantee's activities.
At no time shall Grantor place, use or permit any equipment or material of any kind that
exceeds twelve (12) feet in height, light any fires, place or store any flammable materials (other
than agricultural crops), on or within the boundaries of the right of way, Subject to the foregoing
limitations, the surface of the right of way may be used for agricultural crops and other purposes
not inconsistent, as determined by Grantee, with the purposes for which this easement has been
granted.
The rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be binding upon and shall benefit
their respective heirs, successors and assigns.

An easement for 0 power line through the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 4 of the resurvey of T,20N., R.116W., of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Said easement being 10,0 feet in width, 5.0 feet each side of the following described
centerline. The boundarys of said easement extend to and ore truncated by the the northeasterly right-of way of U.S.
Highway .30 and the common boundory between Section 3 and Section 4 of the resurvey of T.20N., R,116W., of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Commencing at Corner 2 of Tract 37 of the resurvey of T.21 N" R.116W" 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, where is found
o standard G,L.O. brass cap; Thence N89'50'23"E, 636.57 feet to the common north corner of Section 4, and Section 3, of
the resurvey of T.20N., R.116W., 6th P,M" Lincoln County, Wyoming, where is found a standard G.L.O. brass cap; Thence
S 15'26'01 "w, 1525.07 feet to a point on the south or west right-of-way boundary of U.S. Highway 30; Thence
N58'28' 40"E, 351.12 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said Point of Beginning being a point on the north or east
right-of-way of U.S. Highway 30;
Thence N58'28'40"E, 128 feet more or less to the common boundary of Section 3 and Section 4 of the resurvey of
T,20N., R.116W., of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and the point of terminus of this description. The length of the
centerline of the easemend described herein being 135 feet more or less.
