the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to
wit: RELEASING HEREWITH, THE RESERVATION OF HISTORICAL USE OF
LANDS OWNED BY GRANTEES, DESCRIBED AS PARCEL "C" OF THE DON
WOODEN TRACTS, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED, AS THE "EAST FORTY
FEET OF THE SOUTH 228 FEET OF THE SAID DESCRIBED LANDS", AS
STATED IN THAT QUIT CLAIM DEED EXECUTED BY HAL J. TAYLOR AND
MARGARET TAYLOR ON THE 8TH DAY OF JUNE 1984, AND RECORDED IN
THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK ON JUNE 21,1984,9:00 A.M. IN
BOOK 215PR, PAGE 264 & 265 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 617838. Special Note: This
QuU: Claim removes the additional clause which is inclusive to the final paragraph of
property description of aforementioned on Instrument #617838

The EASTERLY, FORTY (40)- FEET of the following described tract
measured perpendicular to the easterly line;
BEGINNING at a place marked by a 5/8" steel reinforcing rod with
a1uminwn cap inscribed ".NELSON ENGR PE/LS578", North 62°461 East,
128.6 feet from a monument inscribed "2371+92.00 100 LT" on the
northe,rly right-of-way line of State Highway 89, North 58 ° 5 4'1
East, 2052.30 feet 'from the southwest corner of Lot 5 of said
Section 29: thence North 26°48' West, 128.0 feet along the a,ast
line of that tract of land now belonging to Wardell Jenkins to a
point: thence North 57.°311 E-ast, 198.25 feet to a point on the
west line of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 131
of Photostatic Records on page 232; thence South 37°52' East,
146.80 feet along the said west line to a point within the bounds
of said State Highway 89: thence South 62°21' West, 225.'4 feet to
the point of Beginning;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.13 acre, more or less; each point
marked by a steel T-shaped stake 24". long with metal cap
inscribed "PAUL N. SCHERBEL RLS164 SURVEY POINT"; .
SUBJECT to the right-of-\llay for State Highway 89; and the grantee
upon accepting this conveyance stipulates that that easement of
record in the said Office in Book 132 of Photostatic Records on
page 295 is hereby relinquished: t~e base bearing for this survey
is the west line of Lot 5 of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range
llB West = North 00°04' West; all in accordance with the plat
prepared to be filed in the said Office titled ".DONALD H. "mOD EN
