PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That 151 Bank, does hereby certify that mortgage
bearing the date of June 19, 2007 made and executed by Brandon Bentley, as
mortgagor(s) to 151 Bank as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security' for the payment of $773,726.00 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 22, 2007 in Book 663PR, Page 169
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 101 ofValli-Vu Golf Villas, An Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on October 3, 2007
as instrument No. 933678 of the records ofthe Lincoln County Clerk.
Is, released, and discharged as to the aforementioned premises, and in consideration
thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the
premises described herein.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or fonn whatsoever, as to the remainder
of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
