HomeMy WebLinkAbout874817 Member # 1301465-001 LINt Section 17, T34N, Rll8W KNOW ~L ~N BY T~SE PRESENT: That ~, the undersigned, ~NDY JO~NNSEN and DEBB~ JO~NNSEN, husband wife, ("Grantor"), got a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of w~ch is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and wa~ant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, og ~on and Jackson, Wyo~ng and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the const~ction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement o~the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment ogthe Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises oC Grantor in L~COLN County, State of WYOM~G along a line described as ~ollows, to wit: BErG a pan of the Shooting Star Subdivision, Lot 3, Section 17, T34N, Rll8W, 6~" P.M., in Lincoln Couuty, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: BEG~N~G at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3. Thence S 8° W 154 feet to a transformer location. EASEMENT includes 5 feet East and 10 feet West of described line. Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights o~ ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair oC said facilities a~d to cut, ~rim, or remove trees, sh~bbe~, undergro~h or other obst~ctions inte~ering with the repair and maintenance o~ the gacilities. The Grantor ac~owledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) are naturally occu~ng in the distribution o~ electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and information is available upon request ~rom the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the prope~y of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee We hereby release and waive all rights under and by vi~ue GE the Homestead Exemption Laws o~ the said State~ WI~SS the hand oCthe Grantor, this 14th day o~May 2001.
