NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Prairie Pipeline Contractors, Inc., P.O. Box 67, Plentywood, Montana 59254,
406-765-2562 (the "Lien Claimant") of its intention to hold and claim a Mechanic's Lien and right of claim against
any relevant bQnd, by virtue of and in accordance with the provisions of Wyoming Statutes 29-1-101 et seq. This
Notice of Claim of Lien is against any and all easements, rights of way, leases, or licenses, over, under and across
the real property described below, and all improvements, appurtenants, and hereditaments, associated with or related
thereto, held by or in favor of Overland Pass Pipeline Company, LLC, or its agents, successors, predecessors, or
assigns, as referenced by Document No. 0928049, Book 653, Pages 89 to 91, attached hereto as Exhibit A. This
Notice of Claini of Lien is only intended to attach to, and otherwise affect, the interest of Overland Pass Pipeline
Company, LLC, its agents, successors, predecessors, or assigns, as that interest is set forth in the easement, lease or
license identified above. This Notice of Claim of Lien is not intended to attach to or otherwise affect any remaining
interests in the subservient estate or underlying fee, owned or reputed to be owned by Williams Gas Processing
Company, located in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The work perfonned by the Lien Claimant consisted of the construction of a fourteen (14) inch mainline pipeline
at the request of Overland Pass Pipeline Company, LLC, with the address of 100 West Fifth Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma
74103, with the phone number of 877-683-7277, for the benefit and improvement of the above-described real
property. The Lien Claimant's material and services were last provided on November 11,2008. There is due and
owing to the Lien Claimant the sum of Nine million, nine hundred eleven thousand, four hundred five and
31/100 dollars ($9,911,405.31), together with interest, costs, and attorney fees, if applicable; all for which the Lien
Claimant holds and claims this Mechanic's Lien.
