Van L. Hale and Susan B. Hale,
Husband and Wife
of the County of Li!ncoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration ofTen and 001100 Dbllars ($10,00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
Van L. Hale and Susan B. Hale, Trustees of the
Van and Susan Hale Family Trust dated July 29, 2004
whose address is P,O, Box 488, Afton, WY 83110, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as IIwe have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all ofthe following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 13, T32N R1l9W, Lincoln County, 'Wyoming described on
the attached Exhibit prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel titled, "Description for
Van L. Hale and Susan B. Hale V, Hale tract - Revised", dated 30 March 2004,
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws ofthe State of Wyoming.
