Dennis L. Hale and Van L. Hale, Successor Trustees
of the Hale Family Trust, dated August 9, 1993

in consideration ofTen and 001100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
Van L. Hale and Susan B. Hale, Trustees of the
Van and Susan Hale Family Trust dated July 29, 2004
whose address is P,O, Box 488, Afton, WY 83110, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as IIwe have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 13, T32N Rl19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
the attached exhibit prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel titled, "Description for Van

those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 552 of Photostatic
Records on page 697, and in Book 572 of Photostatic Records on page 114, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest brass cap of Lot 1 of the V & S Hale Addition to the Town of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, of record in said Office with Accession No, 926144;
thence SOoo-ll' -36"E, 328,86 feet, along the west line of said Lot 1, to the southwest point thereof;
thence S89°-05' -44"W, 981,51 feet, along a line parallel with the north line of said NEY4SEY4, to a
point on the east line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 642 of Photostatic records on
page 399;
thence NOoo-14'-43"W, 328,86 feet, along said east line, to the northeast point of said tract in Book
642, on the north line of said NEY4SEY4;
thence N89°-05'-44"E, 981.81 feet, along said north line, to the BRASS CAP OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 7.41 acres, more or less;

each "brass cap" marked by a 2" galvanized steel pipe with brass cap inscribed, "MARLOWE A.
SCHERBEL PLS 5368", with appropriate details found;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,

County, Wyoming, with the northerly, westerly and southerly lines described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said NEY4SEY4;
thence S89°-05'-44"W, 870.93 feet, along the north line of said NEY4SEY4 to a point;
thence SOoo-13'-09"E, 1007.69 feet, to a point on the south line of the Dennis Hale Tract depicted
on the below referenced plat;
thence S89° -52' -46"E, 520.42 feet, along said south line, to the southwest point of that Tract No.5
of record in said Office in Book 552 of Photostatic Records on page 697; AND
A tract ofland within said NEY4SEY4 described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest point of said Tract No, 5, the terminus of the above described
easement;
