Hale's Valley Properties, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and
Dennis L. Hale
ofthe County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration ofTen and 00/100 Dollars ($10,00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
Dennis L. Hale, Trustee of the
Hale Family Trust, dated 1 December 2000
whose address is P.O. Box 1616, Afton, WY 83110, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as IIwe have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all ofthe following described premises, to-wit:

attached exhibit prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel titled, "Description for The Hale

BEGINNING at the southeast spike of said tract, identical with the northeast spike of that

BEGINNING at the southwest point of Lot 1 of the V & S Hale Addition to the Town of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, of record in said Office with Accession No, 926144;
thence SOoo-ll '-36"E, 253.69 feet, along a westerly boundary line of the Town of Afton, identical
with the west line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 583 of Photostatic Records on
page 519, to the southwest point thereof;
