consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

whose address is P.O. Box 1616, Afton, WY 83110, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as Vwe have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to-wit:

the attached exhibit prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel titled, "Description for

TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress, egress and utilit~es described on attached
exhibit titled, "Description for Van and Susan Hale Family Trust, dated 29 July
2004 Hale's Valley Properties, LLC Hale Loop", dated 16 January 2009-

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue ofthe homestead exemption

Records on page 127, in Book 552 of Photostatic records on page 697, and in Book 572 of
Photostatic Records on page 114, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest point of Lot 1 of the V & S Hale Addition to the Town of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, of record in said Office with Accession No, 926144;
thence SOoo-11 '-36"E, 253.69 feet, along a westerly boundary line of the Town of Afton, identical
with the west line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 583 of Photostatic Records on
page 519, to the southwest point thereof;
thence N89°-46' -33"E, 350.00 feet, along the south line of said tract, to the southeast spike thereof
on the east line of said NEJf4SEJf4;
thence SOoo-11 '-36"E, 60.00 feet, along said east line, to the northeast spike of that Tract No, 5 of
record in said Office in Book 552 of Photostatic Records on page 697;
thence S89°-46' -33"W, 350.00 feet, along the north line of said tract in Book 552, to the northwest

each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod
