Subject to all easements, restrictions, reservations and rights-of-way of record.
* The Warranty Deed by which Grantors received their interest in the above-described property named as one
of the Grantees "Dulcie B. Evans." However, her middle initial is "w" rather than "B". By her signature below, Dulcie
W. Evans affIrms and certifIes that she is the same person as the "Dulcie B. Evans" named as one of the original
Grantees.

** The John H. Evans Living Trust (the "Trust") is dated October 22,2008, and was executed at Salt Lake City,
Salt Lake County, Utah, The Trustor of the Trust is John H. Evans, III, who has an unrestricted power to amend or
revoke the terms of said trust The Trustees are John H. Evans and Dulcie W. Evans. The Trustees and any successor
trustees are empowered to buy, sell, convey, encumber, assign, lease and in all manners deal in and with the assets of
