Dear James,
Our finn will complete the following for the above referenced project at a cost of $1,000.00 per
new lot created, for a total cost of $15,000.00, plus appropriate reimbursable fees, which may
include, but are not limited to, title work, advertising, conservation district review, soil study,
water rights search, subdivision application and percolation test(s).
I) Research the records in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County.
2) Complete a field survey and monument new lot comers.
3) Prepare three (3) Minor Subdivision Applications.
4) Prepare three (3) plats to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County.
5) Attend all necessary public hearings and meetings.
Our billing/payment policy is as follows: upon the completion of the project, a final invoice will
be sent, noting that for longer projects, interim invoices for work completed to date will be sent.
Payment of any invoice will be due within 30 days after date of invoice unless other arrangements
have been made. A penalty of 1.5% per month will be charged on all outstanding invoices.
