For the consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, I, Norda Beth
Brimley, Trustee of The Vern Wolfley and Bernice Wolfley Trust dated February 7, 1974,
hereby quit-claim to Norda Beth Brimley, Trustee of the Decedent's Trust of the Vern A. and
Bernice Wolfley Trust dated February 7, 1974, all right, title, and interest in the following
described real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the NE~NW~ of Section
24, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and running thence East 151f2 rods,
thence South 31 rods; thence West 151/2 rods; thence North 31
rods to the point of beginning, together with all water rights,
buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate, or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
On February 7, 1974, Vern A. Wolfley and Bernice Wolfley established The Vern
Wolfley and Bernice Wolfley Trust. On November 18, 1997, Vern A. Wolfley died. On
March 16, 2007, Bernice Wolfley died. Norda Beth Brimley is the duly acting Trustee of The
Vern Wolfley and Bernice Wolfley Trust dated February 7 1974.
THIS CONVEYANCE IS WITHOUT CONSIDERATION AND EXEMPT FROM
FEE AND AFFIDAVIT.
Tax statements for the current and subsequent years shall be sent to Norda Beth
Brimley, 6420 W. Black Hill Rd., Phoenix, Arizona 85083.
The names and addresses of the beneficiaries of the above-referred trust is as follows:
