ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Wilbert and Judith Ohlmann, Assignors,
ofthe County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, do hereby surrender and assign all rights of Wilbert
and Judith Ohlmann under a certain Mortgage bearing the date of December 17, 2007, made and
executed by Peter J. Edington and Roberta L. Rockefeller, as mortgagor, to Wilbert and Judith
Ohlmann, mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) as therein stated. which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Registrar of Deeds of Lincoln County, ~\./
State of Wyoming on the 23rd day of October, in book 676, page 415, as amended and extended by \;,~\\f
that agreement dated October 24,2008, which amendment and extension agreement was recorded in ,~V·'
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Registrar of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of ~
Wyoming on the 3rd day of November, in book 708, page 379 and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said county, to-wit:
All of the North Half of the North Half ofNortheaset Quarter (Nl/2Nl/2NE1/4) OF
Section 13, T 35N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming
Together with the obligation secured by said mortgage is hereby set over and assigned unto:
(i) Wilbert H. Ohlmann, Trustee of the Wilbert H. Ohlmann Revocable Trust under
agreement dated January 21, 2009, for the benefit of Wilbert H. Ohlmann and his
heirs, an undivided 50% tenancy-in-common interest, and to
(ii) Judith D. Ohlmann, Trustee of the Judith D. Ohlmann Revocable Trust under
agreement dated January 21, 2009, for the benefit of Judith D. Ohlmann and her
heirs, an undivided 50% tenancy-in-common interest,
Assignees, and the said Assignors do hereby quitclaim unto the said Assignee the premises secured
thereby. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
