RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Three Rivers Construction, Inc., does
hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of January 17, 2007 made and executed by
M. Voigt Properties, LLC, an Idaho Limited Liability Company, as mortgagor(s) to Three
Rívers Construction, Inc. as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned
as security for the payment of$140,320.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming,. on Harch 5, 2007 in Book 650 PR,
Page 181 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 4 of Block 1 of the Proposed Gibby Acres Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is South 89°59'57" East 1106.80 feet from the Northwest
corner of the SW1I4NW1I4, Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, of the 6th
Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence South 89°59'57"
East 210.00 feet along the North line of said SW1I4NW1I4;
thence South 00°00'08" West 748.55 feet along the East line of said SWl/4NW1I4;
thence North 89°59'57" West 210,00 feet;
thence North 00°00'08" East 748.66 feet to the point of beginning.
Lot 5 of Block 1 of the Proposed Gibby Acres Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is South 89°59'57" East 850.31 feet from the Northwest corner
of the SW1I4NW1I4, Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, of the 6th
Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence South 89°59'57"
East 256.49 feet along the North line of said SW1I4NW1I4;
thence South 00°00'08" West 195.12 feet;
thence North 89°59'57" West 256.49 feet;
thence North 00°00'08" East 195.01 feet to the point of beginning.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
