Section 4, Township 19 North, Range 112 West, 6TH PM,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
A strip ofland 50 feet wide across a portion of Section 4, Township 19 North, Range 112 West,
6th PM, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being 15 feet on the easterly side and 35 feet on the westerly side,
measured at right angles from the following described survey line, which is the centerline of an existing
4 1/2 inch diameter pipeline:
Beginning at a point located in the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 4, said
point bears North 68°59'30" West a distance of 829.3 feet from the East quarter corner of said Section 4;
Thence South 54°5'28" East a distance of 171.5 feet;
Thence South 9°53'28" East a distance of305.9 feet;
Thence South 8°41 '45" East a distance of 641.9 feet;
Thence South 8°32'43" East a distance of 192.0 feet;
Thence South 8°14'2" East a distance of 172.0 feet to the end of the line at a point located in the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 4: said point bears North 55°48'23" East a
distance of2703.0 feet from the South quarter corner of said Section 4.
The length of the above describes survey line is 1483.2 feet, or 89.891 rods, or 0.281 miles.
