Box 134 Grover, Lincoln County, Wyoming 83122, grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is acknowledged, grant and convey to Ron Anderson as Trustee of the ilia Dixie Anderson Non-Revocable Trust dated March 11, 1997 of P.O. Box 66 Grover, Lincoln County, Wyoming 83122, grantees, the following described perpetual right-of-way easement for the following purposes: 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing a perpetual, nonexclusive 10 feet wide right-of-way easement for all utilities along with the right of access to construct and maintain utilities. 2. Conditions of this Easement. The conditions of this easement are: a. It is a common easement for the mutual benefit of Grantors and Grantees. 3. Property benefitted by Easement. The Ilia Dixie Anderson Trust property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 453 PR, Page 948 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, being a portion of the NE4NE4 of Section 32 T33N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. 4. Description of Easement. The easement is described as follows: An easement ten foot wide running 511.85 feet along the East side and then 364.77 feet along the Northwest side within the 25 foot agricultural buffer of Lot 1 Slippery Hollow Heights, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that Plat filed October 12, 2005 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 333-F. 5. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
