Hansen a/k/a Carla Elinor Hansen, as stated in the Probate No. 2008-65- DC, as filed in the District Court of the Third Judicial district, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, GRANTOR, a single person, for and in consideration of TEN AND NOll 00 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to KENT H. (2) An undivided 104/192 interest in and to the following described parcel located in Lincoln County, Wyoming: All of Tract 69, Section 8, Township 25 North, Range 118 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, containing 160 acres; and the NW~NE~ and the NEI;.4NWI;.4, being part of Tract 66, Section 17, Township 25 North, Range 118 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming containing 80 acres, more or less. Net acres to Grantor is 130+/- acres, more or less, with all water rights appertaining thereto, and buildings thereon or appertaining thereto.
