Utah 84337, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the
following described tract of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit:

A parcel ofland located in Section 1 of Township 25 North, Range 120 West of the 6th
P.M., Wyoming, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears S. 43°09' West a distance of 1,458.56 feet and South
45° 12' West a distance of 109.9 feet, and South 09° 01' West a distance of 62.3 feet, and
South 25° 57' East a distance of 117.5 feet, and South 45° 38' East a distance of 403.9
feet, and South 17° 13' East a distance of 42.7 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 1,
Township 25 North, Range 120 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming;
thence South 17° 13' East a distance of230 feet;
thence South 85° 59' East a distance of 205.9 feet;
thence North 17° 47' West a distance of 230 feet;
thence approximately North 85° I' West a distance 205.9 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever,
in law as in equity, of the said grantor, in or to the above described premises and every part and
parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, tenements and hereditaments thereunto belonging. To
have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described premises together with the
appurtenances, unto the said grantee and its successors and assigns forever.
