CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and
transfers to LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee for RAMP 2007RP4,
whose address is 1100 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034, all the rights, title
and interest in and to that certain Real Estate Mortgage dated August 7, 2006,
executed by Clint M Bowen and Crystal J Bowen, to Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc" as nominee for Sebring Capital Partners, Limited
Partnership and recorded on August 16, 2006, at Reception No. 921376 In Book 630
at Page 457 of the Official Records in the County Recorder's Office of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming on real estate legally described as follows:
