WHEREAS, a cel1ain m0l1gage was executed by John W, Myers, Jr., a manied man, to
Rocky Mountain Bank, dated June 8, 2007, and recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office on
June 11, 2007, in Book 661 at Page 418 as Rec, No, 930189, and said m0l1gage was assigned to
Wyoming Community Development Authority on June 8, 2007, and the Assignment was recorded in
the Lincoln County Clerk's Office on June 11, 2007, in Book 661 at Page 425 as Rec, No. 930190,
The said M011gage was foreclosed under Sections 34-4-101 through 34-4-113, ofWyo, Stat Ann,
(2008), after advel1isement as required in the statutes and the property was sold for the sum of One
Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two Dollars and 55/1 00 ($193,622,55) to
Wyoming Community Development Authority, it being the highest bidder. The property was sold at
10:00 a,m, on November 18,2008, in Kemmerer, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Wyo, Stat Ann, § 34-4-108 (2008), Wyoming Conununity
Development Authority, as M0l1gagee, purchased the property foreclosed upon for the amount of One
Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two Dollars and 55/1 00 ($193,622,55); and
WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority was issued a Certitïcate of Sale
and as holder of the Cel1ificate of Sale is now entitled to a conveyance thereof according to the law,
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration
of the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two Dollars and 55/1 00
($193,622,55) paid by the said holder, hereby conveys to Wyoming COlllil1Unity Development
Authority and its assignees the following described real estate located in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
to have and to hold the described premises and all appUl1enances to the said Wyoming Community
Development Authority and its assignees forever:
Lot 6 of Block 2 of the Amended Plat Brown's 1 st Addition to the
Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
Official Plat thereof.
