KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That LaMont Merritt, Trustee of THE
LAMONT R. MERRITT REVOCABLE FAl\1ILY TRUST, dated September 10,1997,
does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of March 24t\ 2005 made and
executed by Randy l Thompson and Heather L. Thompson, as mortgagor(s) to as
mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of $135,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
March 28,2005 in Book 581PR, Page 511, and a CORRECTIVE MORTGAGE recorded
April 11, 2005 in Book 582PR, Page 741, mortgaging the following described real estate

Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
