That certain parcel of land lying In the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 31, Township 32 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and being a portion of Lots 4 and 5 in the unrecorded subdivision of the C.S.
Can property near the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which lies South 689.98 feet and East 982.43 feet from the
Northwest corner of said Section 31, said point lying in the Easterly line of 49.5 foot
street and said subdivision and said point lying North 2° East, 29.00 feet from the
Southwesterly corner of said Lot 5 (the Southwest Corner of said Lot 5 being located
for this survey at a point South 53°46'28" East a distance of 1216.59 feet from said
Northwest corner ofsaid Section 31);
Thence running North 2° East along the westerly line of said Lot 4 and 5, and said
Easterly line of said street a distance of 103.25 feet;
Thence leaving said street and running South 87°22' East, parallel with the Northerly
