QUITCLAIM DEED
GARY BLAKE JOHNSON, a married man and RANDALL S, TATE, a married man as joint tenants
with full rights of survivorslùp, grantor(s) of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable Consideration (-$10.00-), in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby Convey(s) and QuitclaIm(s) To:
Beginning at a point 5 rods East from the Southwest corner of Lot Three(3) in Block
Nineteen(19) of Afton Townsite, and running thence North 11.25 rods; thence East 4 rods;
thence South 11.25 rods; thence West 4 rods, to the place of beginning.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
