CAROL M. CARROLL, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and states as follows:
1. On the 26th day of February, 2009, my husband, JIMMY RAY
CARROLL, a/k/a JIM CARROLL died, as is evidenced by the official
certificate of death attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference.
2. At the time of his death my husband jointly owned certain
real property with me, said real property being located in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 9 of the Original Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 4 and
thence running northerly 40 feet on Cedar Avenue; thence
Easterly, parallel to Topaz Street, 80 feet; thence
Southerly, parallel to Cedar Avenue, 40 feet; thence
Westerly, parallel to Topaz Street, 80 feet to the point
of beginning.
3. Said real property was originally conveyed to JIM CARROLL
and CAROL CARROLL, husband and wife, by Warranty Deed dated
September 11, 1998, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds on September 11,
000239
1998, in Book 417 at Page 176.
4. At the time of his death my husband jointly owned certain
other real property with me, said real property being located in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 1 of Block 1 of the Seventh Avenue Addition to the
Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision of the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds.
5. Said real property was originally conveyed to JIMMY RAY
CARROLL and CAROL MAE CARROLL, husband and wife, by Warranty Deed
dated July 28, 1989, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds on August 1, 1989, in
Book 276PR at Page 22.
6. By reason of my husband's death, I am entitled to sole
ownership of the above-mentioned real property.
