KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ROBERT W, JOHNSON and ROBERT B.
JOHNSON, Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS
to ROBERT W. JOHNSON and KATHRYN JOHNSON, as joint tenants with a right of survivorship,
Grantees, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
