DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED ON NOVEMBER 7,2006 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 924142
OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
LOAN MODIFICATION AGREEMENT FROM DOUGLAS DEB WOLFLEY AND GLENDA SUE SILVA TO
JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. DATED JANUARY 16, 2008, RECORDED JANUARY 28, 2008,
VOLUME/BOOK 685 PAGE 154 DOCUMENT 936555 TO FORM A SINGLE LIEN OF $381,975.00.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and
in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the
premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
